Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is the Yoga of slowing down and findind a deep relaxation. In our daily live things can’t go fast enough and often we don’t listen to our body and the signs.  Sometimes we are not aware of our unique and personal anatomy of our body and maybe find us in postures which are not good for us but still we keep holding on to it. Yin Yoga can help to rest, take a look inside and listen. It helps us finding moments of deep relaxation and letting go off deep sitting tightness, in our thoughts as well as within our body. Postures are held for at least 2-3 minutes so the body and mind can melt into it. With this we can free our body and mind and open up like a flower.
