Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic, flowing and powerfull movement. It is based on the classic Hatha Yoga but is more dynamic. Hatha is Sanskrit and means sun (Ha) and moon (Tha). The focus of a Vinyasa class is to find the balance between slower and faster movements which are guided by the breath.
In my Vinyasa classes music is a fixed element. Music brings everything into the flow and can help us to dive deeper. My classes are mixed with forms of Kundalini, Acro Yoga and Thai Yoga but also aspects of Pilates and Qigong. I don’t like to follow a strict concept: go with the flow!
