Life is on the move. Besalty has changed. The land<br \/>\nand house in Portugal are still there, but new faces have arrived. The land has been filled with new life and a project has opened up in Germany. As drastic as the changes may seem, they are enriching. A studio is being created in Hamburg together wit Ivonne from Pilates Tribe (www.pilatestribe.de).<br \/>\nA space that will be filled with movement (yoga and Pilates), but also many other ideas. Portugal will become a special place that creates calm and connection. We will offer retreats and workshops here with the Animo Studio.
